Support the restaurants in your area :) Lunch menu is cheap and tasty, the portion is suitable. Better to pre-order otherwise you have to wait 15 minutes. The lady is very nice too. Gladly again. (K28 Dakgamgjeong is authentic!)
Very authentic and delicious Korean food with a very good price-performance ratio. I can only recommend it!
Support your locals! New card to take away during lockdown. The usual quality at top prices!
Not a high class restaurant, just for information. Korean not too fine, maybe too hard to get used to. If you are hungry you can go too - but not too often.
The portion was generous, nice service however the food was not amazing. The Yukgaejang tasted like bouillon cube, however the steamed buns was fluffy and nice. I would have given 3.5 stars if possible.
I have been coming here for years and after a long break we went back for dinner. Having spent a lot of time in Korea I always felt this place had good authentic flavors albeit toned down a but for the local palette ;-) Menu is extensive with bbq at your table through soups, stews, noodles and many traditional Korean starters. Service is very friendly and nice and it feels like a family run place. Bulgogi and the pork belly on the bbq were yummmm :-) good quality meat and flavourful. The Dolsot pibimpab was also very good, albeit I like it a bit crispier at the bottom. I like this place very much and come here from time to time. It’s a good Korean in our neighborhood.
delicious, friendly!
Quite inconspicuous restaurant with delicious cuisine and nice service.
Simply delicious, quick and friendly. Side dishes are naturally included with all main dishes. Ambience is good outside.
This place is honestly underrated on Google maps. The vegetarian bibimbap with tofu is delicious. And the little sides they bring with your meal are a very nice addition. It's particularly great value for lunch. And they're very serious about the corona regulations, smth not seen at many places.
What a shame about the money! I was there for lunch with friends today, despite bad reviews and I have to admit that everything is true what is in the reviews .. Service was fast but unfriendly Food mediocre, really not special .. Atmosphere zero!
Mediocre Korean
You feel good in the restaurant, the upholstered chairs are very comfortable, there is a pleasant light and the large paintings on the walls are reminiscent of the old Korean culture. The service and the kitchen is very quick, you don't have to wait long for your order. The dishes are simple and the portion sizes are reasonable. Unfortunately, there is only one vegetarian dish in total, so it's rather impractical for a vegetarian or vegan diet. The prices are also kept a bit high. Nevertheless it tasted good and we had a nice evening.
Food was good - value for money too ...
Was there today with my family to eat 2 adults three children 10-13 and even they were still hungry with these measly portions if you order something for two people and not even a 10 year old child is full, I feel really fooled! And that for prices where a family has to think twice about going out to eat.
I quite enjoyed this restaurant. Food was spicy, but not too much. I found it a good experience and quality. The service was also very friendly and happy to help. I will definitely come back.
Very tasty food and very hospitable. We will definitely be back 👍👍
Tasty food and good price
Friendly staff, quick serving, excellent bibimbap and lots of sides. Can't get any better!
Good food, terrible service, annoying pricing policy (5€ extra for a new set of raw lettuce leaves after ordering three dishes of Korean BBQ).
itvwas very very delicious and very warm welcoming. The lady cooks with her own hands and everything is Bio. I really recommend it.
Meat was chewy. Nothing special.
Tasty dishes and an amazingly nice waitress. Loved it!
The best Korean restaurant in town.
Good food and very friendly service!
great food and great service!
The taste is quite nice but the portion is waaaay too small for any adult.
Had the budae jjigae which was good, bulgogi - good, pancake - good! Loved every dishes we ordered
Food is delicious, i went several times with my parents and my friends. The restaurant is owned by Koreans, and food tastes very similar to South Korea's taste.
A good place for Korean BBQ in Munich, but a bit overpriced for the quality, IMHO
Love this restaurants a lot!! Food is authentic and really delicious.
Very authentic Korean food, comfortable environment, Korean aunts are very good, and the tables around are also Korean uncles. The roasted pork belly is very fragrant, the bibimbap is very tasty, and the side dish is also very generous. Five stars are recommended.
A quiet place in Maxvorstadt. Fast friendly service. Very helpful! The food was very tasty, still a little extra on the house. Good price performance ratio. Gladly again.
I arrived with the children earlier than the opening hours, so I could sit with the door open and order in advance. There's a review that says it's unfriendly. You were so kind! Bulgogi also said we're going to fry it myself. Kimchi stew is so ridiculous that my boss is Korean, so he asked me why I put cilantro in Kimchi stew! Chongpyeong go to Korea to eat kimchi stew at a cheap taste in Korea! Of course I think it's expensive to go to an expensive restaurant here. Much better than price! Strongly recommended
Food is delicious, portions are generous. Particulary enjoyed the grilled mushrooms, kimchi jjigae (stew), bulgogi and glass noodles. Decor is a very tired - I wouldn't take a date. But on the plus side it's family friendly.
Quite expensive. Was empty during lunch period on weekend. Clean washroom. Easily reachable by public transport.
Nice korean food and ambiance!
It's delicious, clean and friendly, and you can check the side dishes and smile at every meal. It is a clean and delicious Korean restaurant in a quiet atmosphere. Korean menu is also available. Pork belly and kimchi stew are also wonderful.
The dining environment is very comfortable, the proprietress and the staff are very friendly and polite, with lots of food and vegetables and little meat. There is meat on the bibimbap menu but it can't be seen or eaten. But the seasoning is good, suitable for people who like vegetarian food.
Good for lunch during the week, then the prices are acceptable and food enjoyable. For evening and week-end just don't go there, in this case it's insanely overpriced.
Really authentic food and super friendly service 👍
Food was so-so... Really nothing to brag home about. Had way better Korean in Singapore or in L.A.
I had the noodles and the dumplings. Of course I also gave him water. All in all, 22 euros came out a lot. Still, I did a little bit of rice. Please go when you miss Korean food. I tasted bitter German food, and my appetite was gone.
Nice dinning restaurant to go with family. Most of koreanische traditional menu are ready together with Paulaner and Augustiner biers.
It's not really authentic Korean food. The foods were literally sweet and nothing special. The menu book looked really old with unclear explanations. The staff were generally nice but the restaurant itself seemed to need to be improved.
The food itself was okay, it tasted good. I shared a Korean bbq with my friends and at the end it costs more than written on the menu...the prices were too high for the quality given. That’s why I would never come back again and wouldn’t recommend this either.
The food itself was fine, but the prices were ridiculous. It said 33 euros for our dish for 2 or more people and the waitress charged us another 17 bucks for the third person. Audacious. She took advantage of the situation. Also the service and the atmosphere weren’t very nice either, we will never come back here again.
Delicious Korean food with some kick! Some dishes you can grill the vegetables and meat at your own table and others come out sizzling in a cast iron bowl. The bibimbap is a classic and the bolgogi (Korean bbq dish) would be recommended as well! My favourite part is that you get given a selection of 5 different vegetable with whatever main you order. It is a little pricy, but this is the best you’ll get in Munich!
Good service, quick and the food was delicious.
Very good food but maybe you will have to Waite longer to get them.
